  • All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days
  • Final pricing may vary based on actual project conditions and material costs
  • Written contracts are required for all projects over $500
  • Changes to project scope require written approval and may affect pricing

Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules are outlined in individual service contracts
  • Deposits may be required for material purchases and project scheduling
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval
  • Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in contracts
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards

Project Timeline

Warranty

  • Workmanship warranty: 2 years from project completion
  • Material warranties vary by manufacturer and are passed through to client

  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear
  • Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of discovery

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the contract value of services provided
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions not disclosed
  • Client assumes responsibility for items not removed from work areas
  • We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellation

  • Projects may be cancelled with 48 hours written notice
  • Cancellation fees may apply for materials ordered or work completed
  • Deposits for cancelled projects are subject to material and labor costs incurred
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of cancellation

Our Cancellation Rights

  • We reserve the right to cancel projects for non-payment
  • Projects may be cancelled if work conditions become unsafe
  • We may cancel if client requirements exceed project scope
  • Reasonable notice will be provided for any cancellations

Intellectual Property

  • Custom designs remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed
  • Clients receive usage rights for their specific project
  • We may use project photos for marketing purposes unless requested otherwise
  • Client-provided designs must not infringe on third-party rights
